Case mix: General, Ortho, GI, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Neuro, OB, healthy outpatient peds (2+ yo). Site-specific financial modifier for OB and peds. $2000 BERA allowance, retention and loyalty bonuses, 100% paid malpractice with tail.
