Create your account
From the MAC home page, tap the + Post a Position button in the top-right corner. A sign-in window will open.
Switch to the Create Account tab and fill in:
- Full name โ your name, not the facility's
- Email โ use your work email, not a personal one. This is the address recruiters and applicants will see, and it's how we verify you're authorized to post on behalf of your facility.
- Password โ at least 6 characters
- Company / Facility โ your hospital, ASC, group practice, or staffing agency name
Tap Create Account โ. You'll be redirected to the pricing page automatically.
Applicants will email this address directly when they apply through your listings. A work email establishes credibility and keeps responses organized. Personal addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL) make listings look less legitimate to job-seekers.
Choose your plan
After creating your account, you'll land on the pricing page. Pick the plan that matches your posting volume:

Multi-site groups
+ Bulk CSV upload
Tap Get Started under your chosen plan. Stripe will open with a checkout page showing your free trial through December 31, 2026.
Enter a payment method (required to reserve your subscription) and complete checkout. You will not be charged anything until January 2027. You can cancel anytime before then with zero charges.
Staffing agencies and large health systems almost always want Enterprise โ the Bulk CSV upload alone saves hours per batch. Multi-site groups (3โ10 facilities) fit Regional. Single hospitals or one-time hires fit Single Post.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for an email titled "Confirm your signup" from Supabase Auth (our authentication provider). The sender will look something like noreply@mail.app.supabase.io.
Tap the Confirm your email link inside. You'll be returned to the MAC pricing page, fully verified and ready to post.
Check your spam or junk folder first โ corporate email filters frequently route first-time senders there. If it's not there within 5 minutes, sign in to your MAC account and tap your avatar in the top-right; we can resend the verification link or you can email us directly at willdhowell@gmail.com.
Post your first position
Sign in to MAC, then tap + Post a Position. The posting form is organized into six sections โ fields marked with a * are required, but the more you complete, the more applications you'll receive.
๐ฅ Facility Information
- Facility Name โ e.g., "Memorial Regional Medical Center"
- City + State โ required for map placement
- Facility Type โ Hospital, ASC, Group Practice, Military/VA, Office-Based
- Employer Type โ Hospital, Physician Owned, Management Group (NorthStar, USAP, etc.), or CRNA Owned
- Street Address โ optional but highly recommended. Improves map pin accuracy from "city center" to the actual building. The address autocomplete will help you find it quickly.
CRNAs searching the map zoom into specific neighborhoods. A pin dropped at the city center can place your facility 30+ miles from where it actually is. Adding a street address makes your listing show up in the right place for local searches.
๐ฐ Compensation
- Base Salary โ required. Enter the numeric figure (e.g., 220000). For locum/PRN positions, leave blank โ the system defaults to "Contact recruiter."
- Salary Range, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, Partnership / Profit Sharing, Additional Incentives โ all optional but heavily improve apply rates.
๐ Schedule & Call
- Position Title, Position Type (Permanent / Locum / PRN), Employment Status (W-2 / 1099)
- Schedule โ "Full-time, 4ร10s / MโF only" is more useful than just "Full-time"
- Call Requirement โ write "No Call" exactly if applicable; the system auto-tags the listing
- Case Type Frequency matrix โ rate how often you do Cardiac, OB, Peds, Trauma, etc. ("Always" through "Never"). This is one of the highest-impact fields for matching CRNAs to your practice.
๐ฉบ Clinical Practice Profile, ๐๏ธ Benefits, ๐ Contact Information โ complete what's relevant. The Contact Email field receives the applications.
Tap Publish Listing โ at the bottom. The system will geocode your address, drop the pin on the map, and your listing goes live immediately.
For locum positions, set Position Type to Locum Tenens, leave Base Salary blank (defaults to "Contact recruiter"), and set Employer Type to Management Group if you're a staffing agency. The "Locum" tag will appear on your listing automatically.
Bulk upload via CSV
If you subscribed to Enterprise, you have access to bulk uploading. Tap your avatar in the top-right, then ๐ค Bulk Upload CSV from the dropdown.
Step 1: Download the template. Tap โฌ Download CSV Template. You'll get a pre-formatted spreadsheet with all 20 columns labeled and an example row.
Step 2: Fill in your listings. One row per position, up to 50 rows per upload. Delete the example row before uploading.

Optional columns include Street Address, Position Type, Schedule, Call Requirement, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, PTO, Retirement, Contact Phone, and Description. Fill these in where you have the data โ listings with more detail get more applications.
Step 3: Upload. Drag your filled CSV onto the upload area, or tap to select. The system will geocode every address, drop pins on the map, and publish each listing. Progress shows row-by-row; the whole process takes about 1 minute per 30 rows.
Empty required fields are the #1 reason rows fail. The system skips invalid rows and publishes the rest, then shows you exactly which rows failed and why. Fix those rows and re-upload them in a smaller batch. Role values must be one of: crna, md, or aa (lowercase).
No problem โ just split your data into multiple CSVs of 50 rows or fewer and upload them one after another. Each upload takes about 60 seconds. The system has no daily limit on uploads, only on rows per single file.
Manage your listings
Once your listings are live, you can manage them anytime. Tap your avatar in the top-right and choose ๐ My Listings.
From the My Listings page, each card shows the facility, salary, city, and posting date. For each listing you can:
- Edit โ update salary, schedule, contact info, or any other field. Changes go live immediately.
- Delete โ permanently remove a filled or expired position.
- See Active / Inactive status at a glance.
CRNAs and AAs are wary of stale postings. Delete filled positions promptly and refresh the dates on active ones every 30โ60 days. Listings with detailed Case Mix and recent posting dates get 3โ5ร more applications than minimal ones.
When an applicant taps Apply Now on one of your listings, their information (name, email, phone, experience, specialty, cover note) is emailed directly to the Contact Email you provided. Respond from your work inbox โ MAC doesn't sit in the middle of the conversation.
